tier.changed

EVENTPoints and tiers

Fires when a member moves to a different tier, up or down. A move up can also write a bonus activity entry (the tier's upgrade_bonus_points), which fires its own points.changed.

data.object holds member_id, previous_tier and tier (each { id, name }), and direction: up or down.
