EVENTPoints and tiers

Fires when any entry is written to a member's activity: earn, bonus, redeem, adjust, reverse, and expire once points expiry ships. One order can write several entries (an earn and a tier bonus, for example), and each fires its own event.

data.object is the activity entry plus member_id. points is signed; balance_after is the balance once this entry applied. When events arrive out of order, the entry with the latest created_at holds the current balance.
