Get the next message

GET/v1/members/me/messages/next

Returns the full-screen message waiting for this member, or 204 when there's none. Call it when the app comes to the foreground and when a silent push with inapp: "1" arrives. Don't call it, or show the result, during checkout. A member gets at most one full-screen message a day; after that this returns 204 until the next day.
